Policy |
| We insure your privacy when ordering online or via telephone. Your
personal information will not be sold, traded, or given away in any way
shape or form to another company of any kind for any reason. We respect
the rights of any and all who order from us. |

Refund/Exchange
Policy |
| For a prompt exchange/refund; please keep your invoice (or packing
slip). If it is necessary to return merchandise for an
exchange/refund, you must call for a RA# and instructions first within
5 days of receiving the merchandise. All merchandise returned
due to our error will be exchanged or credited/refunded promptly. If
you do not like your merchandise, you may return it. Please note
that you will incur a 15% restocking fee for all returns. The
merchandise must be in its undamaged original packaging and in
resellable condition. Shipping and Handling not included in the
refund. All returns for a refund paid by a credit card will receive a
credit to the credit card. All items returned for exchange must be in
its original packaging and in resellable condition. Please note
that you will be charged freight again for all exchanges. Note
that there is a $10.00 exchange fee for all exchanges. Please
include a letter of explanation and a copy of our invoice (or packing
slip) with all exchanges/returns. Any questions concerning an
exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department.
Items returned to us, other than manufacturer defects, will be
accepted at our discretion only if they meet our resellable condition
policy.
Resellable condition policy:
All products must be in new, unopened condition if it is being
returned to us.
Examples of new, unopened products:
- A piece of clothing that still has the tags attached and/or has not
been worn
- A shotgun that has not yet been pieced together
- A treestand that has not been assembled
Examples of products that we will refuse:
- A boot with mud on it (has been worn outside)
- A riflescope that has been mounted to a firearm
- An optic without the shrink-wrap around the original box
- Any bubble-packed item that has been opened
Refused items will be shipped directly back to you, and will not be
credited. For this reason, it is important to understand the
condition of your product before requesting a return from us. |

Damaged Merchandise |
| If you receive packages damaged in shipment you must make a claim
with the shipping carrier. They will instruct you and us of how to
handle the problem. If the package was sent through the Post Office,
contact your local postmaster. Be sure to keep the damaged package as
the shipping company may want to examine it. |

Warranty Information |
| We are not a warranty repair station, therefore, we cannot accept
returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the
manufacturer. Please return all defective merchandise directly to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement. |

Misprints |
| Though we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of
information in this website, we will not be held liable for errors or
omissions. |

Legal Restrictions |
| Due to the nature of some items that we sell, when you check out of
our store, you are agreeing that you are of legal stature to purchase
any/all of the following: handgun components, long gun components, or
ammunition.
By shopping on this web site, you are agreeing to the following

authorize that I may lawfully purchase, possess, carry or operate bows,
crossbows, paint pistols, air pistols, air rifles, black powder items,
or any other items which I may purchase, in accordance with my state and
local laws. I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering
and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal
disabilities."
We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess handgun components,
long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By
shopping on our web site and going through our checkout process, you are
proving that you are of legal age to purchase components or ammunition.
Your order is a complete response that is absolutely necessary and
certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as
provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) - (7).
